Beef Shin (500g) cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. Deep flavour and a glossy, gelatinous finish when cooked slowly.

Best suited to braising and slow cooking, where the connective tissue breaks down to give a rich, silky sauce. Ideal for stews and casseroles.
