Beef Bavette (200-250g) x 2 cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. A butcher’s cut with great flavour and a tender bite when sliced correctly.

Particularly well suited to fast cooking and slicing. Grill or pan-fry over high heat, rest well, then carve across the grain.
