Wagyu X – Dry Aged Whole Fillet prepared from 100% grass-fed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Wagyu X is known for generous marbling, giving a rich, succulent finish when cooked with care.

Well suited to roasting as a centrepiece. Cook to medium-rare, rest thoroughly, then carve into thick slices or cut into steaks.
