Beef Rump Roast (approx 2.5kg) cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. A flavoursome roasting cut with a firmer texture than sirloin.

Well suited to roasting and carving for the table. Cook to medium-rare, rest well, then slice thinly across the grain.
