Beef Cote de Boeuf (650g) cut from British native breed beef and dry aged for a minimum of 28 days to develop depth of flavour and tenderness.

Our beef is 100% grass fed and carefully prepared by our butchers. A thick-cut rib steak with outstanding depth of flavour.

Particularly well suited to cooking on the bone for added flavour. Excellent for grilling or roasting, finished with a good rest before slicing.
