This Macphie Hollandaise Sauce is a creamy, ready-to-use butter sauce with lemon and egg yolk. Wine vinegar is blended with the egg yolks, butter and lemon juice to create a highly stable sauce, with a delicious taste. Once heated, this gluten free sauce is ideal to drizzle over fish, pasta or asparagus. • Each case contains 12 Macphie Hollandaise Sauce cartons. • Each carton weighs approx. 1kg. • Each case is wrapped in polythene film, each carton is made of tetra-pack. • Made using RSPO certified palm oil – RSPO is the global standard for Sustainable Palm Oil ensuring that palm oil is sourced credibly and sustainably.
